Cesar is a first generation college graduate from the University of Southern California with a degree in International Relations. Shortly after graduating in the summer of 2003, Cesar began in the Financial Industry as an Advisor with Morgan Stanley in 2003 here in the Victor Valley area. He later left the industry to start a successful construction company in 2006, which he still owns and operates. As a savvy and longtime business owner, he understands the pressures and stress that comes with making payroll every week, especially during tough markets. As a financial strategist, he helps business owners and employees protect their futures against missed opportunities and non-planning. He enjoys helping to organize, plan and invest for his clients.
